I realize I never mentioned that we managed to pull off our own poutine at home the Thursday before the Super Bowl.

We brought some cheese curds and a can of poutine gravy back from Montreal and put them together with fries from Chip Shop.

I invited some Canadian friends over to taste the fruits of their homeland (okay, and I made Stefan put the stuff together...)



Stefan even brought beer from Quebec.



Not too shabby.
